been a long time since my last post.. yeah school's started and weeks have flown by already. some smart bugger has pointed out that we have *gasp* ten weeks to exams. thanks a lot.

it's funny, the way we rush out of the lecture hall and into the library, so we can get our hands on the reference books there.
it's funny, the way we grin when we spot a coveted (and rarely seen) textbook sitting on the shelf, practically complete with holy light shining on it.
it's funny, the way we photocopy those damn things and swear to read them, but barely understand the first paragraph.

but academics aside. oh btw did i mention that this year there are many many males in sbs? no gender divide like comm studies or engineering over here. all's fair in science and biology. maybe. and nope, i've got a hold on my amylase thank you very much.

oh and hiya to all those who've come over from modische.com, that source of my.. amusement. can't say it was a bad experience, though the pink dress was definitely the cause of my prior twitching eyelid. you know what they say about pains and gains.. the site is still in its developing stages (jia you!), so if, no, when it blooms into something great, remember you heard it here first =)
