watched "alfie" yesterday, v good movie starring jude law. handsome bugger can get away with anything, including whispering lovingly into a girl's ear, while smirking and rolling his eyes at the camera behind her back. but the whole thing was touching, abt how this playboy flirts around but in the end really discovers that everyone's cut him out of their lives. the movie ended with him talking about how he was finally single and available, independent and with no one being dependant on him, free as a bird, no strings attached and free to hit on gorgeous birds at pubs. But he had nothing really, possessed nothing important in his life.

makes one think, huh.
